How to get the most out of your day at CoMBC…
Our bar is open for all Barefoot Bowls bookings or Event Hall bookings for the duration of your session time. We also welcome guests to join us to have a drink in our Oasis, in the beautiful surrounds of Flagstaff Gardens.
Cash Bar
Guests are welcome to pay individually, where no minimum spend is required.
Shouting the bar? Select the range of beverages you would like served to your guests, set a limit then we’ll take care of the rest. Bar tabs can be arranged on the day of your event- we’ll just need a credit card to get started. On busy days, we’ll provide wrist bands for your guests. Why not ask about our drink packages?
We accept cash and credit card. . A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

We have a wide range of catering options available for Functions and Events.
Please do remember that if you’re self catering, that disposable plates and cutlery are not permitted at the club and all food waste is composted. We also request that balloons, candles + single use decorations are not used, so we can continue on our sustainability conquests!

Self Catering & External Caterers
Planning to bring your own food down? Let us know what you are doing and remember the following:
- Disposable plates and cutlery are not permitted at the club
- BBQ’s are available for hire
- Crockery & cutlery are available for hire
- Food delivery services (uber eats, pizza delivery etc) are not permitted

Crockery & Cutlery Hire: $3. per person per course
