Event FAQ

Is a deposit required to book the function room?

We require a $400 deposit to secure the room. This is refundable in most cases. In some instances, a $40 admin fee will apply to cancellations.

Is there a surcharge for card payments?

All card payments will incur a 1.25% surcharge. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

We are a level 3 accredited Good Sports Club.

Disposable plates and cutlery are not permitted at the club and all food waste is composted.
